Coaching Defined
Co-active coaching is a confidential, interactive process that helps individuals and organizations develop and achieve more meaningful and fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives.
The co-active relationship between the client and the coach is confidential. The interactive process is mutually designed and agreed to by the coach and client, as a self-discovery learning process, with a focus on developing and using the client's natural strengths and talents. As a results of coaching, clients set more meaningful goals, take more action and make better personal and professional decisions.
TAG's Coaching Strategy
Professional coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize their approach to the individual client's needs and to elicit solutions and strategies from the client. The client's development is based on the understanding that the client is naturally creative and resourceful and the coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the client already has.
In the co-active coaching process, the coach will provide feedback with an objective perspective while the client is responsible for taking the steps to produce the results he or she desires.
