Prestell Askia, CPP

Prestell F. Askia, CPP, Founder and CEO of The Askia Group, has over twenty five years in Human Resources, Management and Personnel Security disciplines as an Executive Manager, Instructor, Mentor and Coach. Her experience includes a number of executive level, senior management positions in industry, special security programs, and highly visible, politically sensitive positions. She maintains a unique composition of public sector and private industry business and budgetary knowledge. Her demonstrated leadership skills have established a proven history of win-win results. She has excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, and has an energetic, fast paced, multi-tasking, pro-active management style. Prestell Askia is a superior facilitator for cross-functional organizational structures and management deliverables for internal and external customers. She is an H.R. Facilitator, Instructor, Trainer, Curriculum designer, Speaker, and Coach; she is responsible for developing and presenting H.R. policies/procedures, training curriculum and new integration programs to a variety of customers at multiple locations throughout the United States.

Ms. Askia holds a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA in Public Administration.  She received her Advanced Management Program Certification from USC – Marshall School of Business.  She also holds a Top Secret Clearance with the Department of Defense.

Kemal Askia's experience as Expert Instructor, Mentor, and Coach includes powerful transformational training and consulting with Alameda County.  In the financial field, Mr. Askia held management and advisory positions in banking, financial services and insurance.  In addition, his knowledge and skills were much sought after commodities due to his creative ability for developing innovative solutions along with twenty years management experience in the ocean freight transportation industry.

Mr. Askia has an MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine University and a BA in Economics from Morgan State University. 

Kelle Lynch McMahon,

Ms. Kelle McMahon is the President of the The Green Science Academy (TGSA), she provides the management and oversight to all activities related to the development and implementation of the training, certification, and professional services of the Academy.  TGSA focuses on the implementation and development of best practices for on-line training and workforce development for the "emerging green" market sector.   Ms. Lynch McMahon has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. She has completed over $200 million dollars in projects over the past ten years under her immediate direction and oversight. She has skills and detailed knowledge in projects that focus on schools, housings, transportation and local county infrastructure programs with various municipal agencies. She has extensive experience in trade skills development and green business practices for the construction industry.  Ms. McMahon has provided labor compliance and construction management services to Los Banos USD, Peralta Community College District, City of San Francisco/Port of San Francisco, and BART.

Ms. McMahon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley. 

Community Relations / Outreach Services

Makedah Shartukar and Michelle Branner are the leaders for our community relations and outreach related projects.  As CEO and President, respectively, for Full Circle Outreach and Marketing Group, Inc. , they provide the vision necessary to effectively deploy programs to reach the masses.  The Askia Group has worked with them on training projects both in the Finance, Real Estate, and Criminal Justice systems.  They have consulted on a variety of outreach and community relations projects involving the San Francisco Transbay Transit Center, Navy Hunter’s Point Shipyard, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, and the PUC.  The Full Circle team works with small to medium size businesses participating in their product launches, assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as providing the technical assistance needed to become successful in obtaining corporate/governmental contracts.
