COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course provides a business re-engineering management approach aimed at business improvement. The course emphasizes, by elevating efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that exist within and across organizations. The course focuses on using a ‘clean slate’ perspective and determining how best to construct these new processes and to improve business.
