Effective Communication
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course addresses the key aspects of the art and science of effective communications. It provides the student with the knowledge and techniques to convey messages confidently by improving skills in every form of communication; including body language, effective and pro-active listening, and being assertive while communicating. The student will also have an opportunity to see how and what he/she projects to others with their communication style.
Instructional methods include lectures, discussions, and practical exercises.
